Meet Green Light's First Mental Health First Aider

We are delighted to announce that Heather Sanders, our Group Quality Manager, has successfully completed a Mental Health First Aid course with Mental Health First Aid England. Heather is now qualified to provide Mental Health First Aid support to colleagues who may be experiencing mental distress.  

The course provided an in-depth understanding of mental health and the factors that can affect well being, as well as practical skills to spot triggers and signs of a range of mental health issues.  

First Aid of this type offers a non-judgemental and confidential source of support to assist and signpost people to appropriate professional support.
